Budget and financial statement
The budget aggregates incomes and expenses per year: budget sets estimates, statement reports at year-end.
Steps
- Go to Financial statements, select Budget tab.
- Click + New budget and pick condominium + year.
- Add line items with estimated amount and category.
- At year-end, create the statement: the system imports actual expenses.
- Automatic budget vs actual comparison with variances.
- Generate PDF for approval assembly.
Tip: The balance reconciliation distributes budget/actual differences among residents.
