How to upload and manage documents
Upload and organise all condominium documents: contracts, certificates, insurance, invoices, minutes.
Steps
- Go to Documents and click + New.
- Select category (Cadastre, Compliance, Fire prev., Other) and type.
- Link to property and optionally the owner.
- Enter expiry date if time-limited.
- Drag PDF/JPG file or click to browse (max 20 MB).
- Add notes and save. The document is indexed and searchable.
Tip: Use AI verification to automatically check completeness and validity.
