How to create your first condominium

The condominium is the main organizational unit. Every property, expense, meeting and document is linked to one.

Steps

  1. Go to Condominiums from the main menu.
  2. Click + New condominium.
  3. Fill in: name, full address, ZIP (city and province autocomplete), number of units, stairwells, floors.
  4. Enter optional data: tax code, energy class, administrator.
  5. Click Save — the reference (COND-XXXX) is generated automatically.
  6. Open the condominium card to add units, ownership shares and utilities.
Tip: For 20+ condominiums use bulk Excel import.
