How to create your first condominium
The condominium is the main organizational unit. Every property, expense, meeting and document is linked to one.
Steps
- Go to Condominiums from the main menu.
- Click + New condominium.
- Fill in: name, full address, ZIP (city and province autocomplete), number of units, stairwells, floors.
- Enter optional data: tax code, energy class, administrator.
- Click Save — the reference (COND-XXXX) is generated automatically.
- Open the condominium card to add units, ownership shares and utilities.
Tip: For 20+ condominiums use bulk Excel import.
