How to manage short-term rentals

Full management: bookings, multi-platform calendar (Airbnb, Booking), seasonal pricing, cleaning, check-in/out.

Steps

1. Enable "Short-term rental" on the property.
2. Set base nightly price, cleaning fee, deposits.
3. Configure iCal links (Airbnb, Booking) for automatic sync.
4. External bookings enter every 6 hours into the unified calendar.
5. At check-in register guest ID and arrival date.
6. The system reminds Police communication within 24h.
