How to manage utility bills

Track all bills (electricity, gas, water) with consumption, amount and history. Analyse trends and anomalies.

Steps

1. Go to Bills → + New.
2. Select utility contract and property.
3. Enter period, kWh/cu.m usage, amount.
4. Upload bill PDF.
5. System shows average consumption and YoY comparison.
6. Auto-alert if consumption is anomalous (+30% vs mean).
